4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices vary by garment and location
• Payment: UPI, Cards, Wallets, COD
• Payment required before/at delivery

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Customer must be available
• Missed slots may incur charges
• Delivery timelines are estimates

6. Garment Handling & Liability

• Reasonable care is taken
• Remove valuables before pickup
• No liability for fabric defects or shrinkage
• Max compensation: 5x service charge

7. Prohibited Items

• Do not send hazardous, illegal, or restricted items.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation before pickup
• Post-pickup cancellation may incur fees
• Refunds processed within 5–7 days

9. User Responsibilities

• No misuse of platform
• No fraudulent activity
• Follow applicable laws

10. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or delays due to unforeseen events.
